New. Snuggle. Ball!

Guess what WE got in the mail today!? Oh, I guess we gave it away in the title, huh?

As you can see, on the right, our old snuggle ball has been affected by the forces of gravity.

And roughly 80 pounds of snuggly Potus.

I am the only one brave enough to get into the tall bed.

AHHHH! Just right.

Ooooops! Yes, I fell out of the bed.

Edgrr is inspecterating to make sure the new snuggle ball is not broken.

There is only one problem with it that I can see.

It does not come with corgi-repellant.

Stop Thief!

I got a new bed for Christmas. I also had a small bout of insomnia that led to me keeping the ma ape up all night trying to keep me from crying and pacing. I'm better now but I'm quite happy with the nighttime routine my sleep disorder spawned.

At nighttime my ma ape turns on a heating pad in the bottom of my bed and puts sissy's grammie blanket over it. Once I've done nesting in the blankie I settle in and my ma ape covers me with her French Soccer Team sweatshirt (Les Bleus!) Ahhhhhh. It's a dog's life. But how can a dog catch a few Zs when....

He's got a sissy who thinks it is a HOOT to steal his bed???

I guess I'll just have to sleep on the deflated soccer ball and computer cables. I wouldn't even treat a cat like this.

I will have to think of something SHE values to steal from her. But what does she have that I want?

I'm so generous.

Wake up, ma ape!

My ma ape is a wee bit sleepy this morning. I had to shout at her to wake up last night during the thunderstorm so she could sleep on the floor with me. I didn't want her to be scared.

If she would just be sensible and take at least half a dozen naps during the day this wouldn't be a problem. Naked apes. When will they learn?

Sleeping Dogs Lie

I was tagged a LONG time ago and my ma ape forgot to post a lovely picture of my belly. (She has a short attention span). Here I am resting comfortably, belly up!

This picture is from last night. It's hard to tell from the photo but I that big black mound I am resting on is my ma ape! It was thundering and I was scared so I thought I'd rest ON TOP of her. Ahhhhhhh. Good thing she has that layer of fat for cushioning!

Oops. I'd better start thinking of some nice things to say about the ma ape. It's almost dinner time.
