I'm so generous.

Wake up, ma ape!

My ma ape is a wee bit sleepy this morning. I had to shout at her to wake up last night during the thunderstorm so she could sleep on the floor with me. I didn't want her to be scared.

If she would just be sensible and take at least half a dozen naps during the day this wouldn't be a problem. Naked apes. When will they learn?

At least you know when yours is asleep.

Mine is so dopey I can't work out if she is awake or not.

I think she sleeps in front of the computer myself. Although her fingers keep moving in her sleep.

We had fireworks last night. I stayed in to protect master but I think he was asleep anyway. He was on the floor and I couldn't see any point in me getting off the sofa either.

Rubbish aren't they?

Woober Walls!

So good of you to put your ma ape's feelings before your own, and to go so far as to wake her up to MAKE SURE she's not scared. My girl could use a good dog like you on stormy nights. I sleep right through them (like your ma ape). Maybe we should arrange some kind of exchange for storms?

Goober love,
Stanley

Mine doesn't get the nap thing either - she gets one in she's lucky.

oh Wally, if your ma ape would adopt me, I would sleep on the floor with you? Where do you live again? My ma ape says we're moving next year. Maybe we can move to your house.

p.s. you're not really supposed to look at my bum, but I'm flattered that you did.

Wally, you are such a grand gentleman! Do you wake Ethel too??? Muzzer sleeps through storms, but she has not learned to take naps either. Dad is getting better at it! Us males are talented in that way, huh?

Hi Wally! Sorry you didn't sleep too well last night making sure your ma-ape was OK...I think you should always make sure she is OK during the night...especially when she is very very quiet & seemingly sound asleep...who knows..she could be hungry or need to go outside or need a bully stick...I think every hour on the hour you should wake her..just in case she needs anything...thats what a good Wally-Son does for his ma-ape...
Love & Licks,
Randi
ps...HI ETHEL!!!!!

My mom hangs her hand over the side of the bed all night and keeps contact with my head or back. She's grouchy in the mornings too! I just can't understand why! We are important, ya know!

Love ya lots,
Maggie

Ma Ape needs to learn that nothing in life is boring if you can take a nap.
You are such a good dog for thinking of the Ma Ape during the storm.
The dogs here are always jumping off the bed in the middle of the night to protect the house from something outside. I am sure that they have run off many an EVIL doer when they bark loudly, push off me and clang the dog door at 0300. Pappy says they even do it when I'm at work. How good is that?

You are so nice to keep her company during a storm. My Mom is always tired and hungry when she gets home from that work, she should just stay home!

You mean you didn't bug your human to be allowed in the bed? BOL, try that next time... of course, so the ape will be comfortable!

I KNOW! Sometimes you have to keep shouting and shouting and shouting and getting louder and louder and louder - I don't understand it! It's almost like they're trying to ignore you or something?!

I usually sleep right thru the storms too....so yeah...I guess I can't really be bothered if my hoomans are afriad of storms. They just have to learn to deal with it without me around.

Oh, I usually wake my mommy up to bring me for walkies. Nowadays she sleeps in the living room, on the couch coz she has to wake up around 8am every ay to bring me for walkies or else I'll pee & poo in the porch.

Wally, I hope those naked apes appreciate the trouble you go to for 'em.

More wallymelon and foodables for the Wallster, pronto!

(And if you can spare some for a poor, hungry, malnourished, underfed, neglected, almost-fainting, almost-fading-away Tinster, that'd be much appreciated. Thanks.)

Chow for now,

en taking a roll of toilet paper to bed with her so she can blow her tender red nosie in the middle of the night - unfortunately in the dark she seems to think my furry white nether end is the t.p. and keeps grabbing at it! Sheesh grounds to BITE!
