apparently tom de-lay doesn't think anthony kennedy should be using the internets:

"We've got Justice Kennedy writing decisions based upon international law, not the Constitution of the United States? That's just outrageous. And not only that, but he said in session that he does his own research on the Internet? That is just incredibly outrageous."

look, using my blog for legal advice (thumbs up on the sodomy thing, tony!) as i am certain he is doing is hardly shocking. if, however, you are looking for a new justice i'm available as the pope thing fell through (seriously, guys, he has "rat" in his name). and you'll save money because i don't need a robe, i'm already wearing a snazzy black coat.
