The Horror!! The Horror!!

On Sunday I had to take a b-a-t-h. It was sad for me. I don't fight it so much but I don't like it. I've only had two of them because I am ordinarily a really clean guy. But since I have had several requests for Wet Wally photos here I am!

It is hard to take photos WHILE giving a bath, sez ma ape, especially with Wiggly Wally. (There are no photos of Wet Oscar for this reason).

But I have some very exciting news which is that my bathtime was not just for the new house but for GranNE who will be visiting me in ONE WEEK! I am hoping she brings me Omaha Steaks and Cornhusker gear.

I can't help it if your ma wants to smoochie me. I am not sure she would want to if she actually had my big sloppy face in hers.

Those bath photos are truely horrible. In fact from the look on your face I am wondering if she was using the alien you know what hose from my yard on you.

You are a cutie pie with those wet furs. On another note, the sooner I can move in with you the better. Mom is getting us a greyhound and I don't know what to do. Tell your ape that I am really good in the bathtub.

A bath is a small prize to pay for a visit from GranNE. Do they make Omaha steaks in tofu for Ma Ape? Where was Thing (from the Addams Family)/ Couldn't he have taken pictures?

I feel your soggy pain, Wally. I got a bath last weekend too, something to do with my mom's irrational response to the lovely dead frog cologne I found in the park. Here's one trick I find useful in the bath situation: it seems counterintuitive, but instead of resisting, give in but fix the big eyes ASPCA abuse poster /"I trusted you" look on the bather and don't let up. It usually gets me out of a second rinse, at least.

What cruelty!!Since our big rainfall we all need baths, too. Lucky for us our mom fell and has to use sticks to help her walk. Now she can't catch us.
