I Scream!
Ok, so there are some totally great entries into the Ice Cream Eating Competition by the North Texas Airedale Rescue but my ma ape wanted to enter us and I had no objections! But I did say--real ice cream! None of that Soy Delicious stuff that you eat! So my ma ape went out and got us some SCREAM! She got some "low-fat frozen yogurt" for me. That must be for dogs who have LOW FAT. Like me! So we got dessert for dinner!
Here I am telling the soda jerk to HURRY UP with my cone!
My sissy and I wait (not so) patiently. She looks HUGE, I look TINY!
Aaaand...we're off! (Sorry about the picture quality. Photos at dusk are not such a great idea).
Ooooh--I figured out RIGHT AWAY that I wanted the WHOLE THING in my mouth and I tried to get it there.

Slurp! All gone. What? This is a photo contest and not a speed contest? Ooops.
My sissy took her time licking delicately.
Slurp. She didn't figure out that she could EAT the cone so she was licking all delicately.
I generously offered to help.
Now she's got it.
Mmmm. There should be more ice cream eating competitions, I think! Don't forget to go check out the GREAT entries! So much fun...but don't lick the screen. You can't actually taste the ice cream that way. I learned that the hard way.

Wow, you are one lucky dog! We had mint ice cream once. It was deeeelicious! We wish we'd get it all the time but no luck. Isaac got custard once after he was trimmed at the groomers. Tank and Princess are still waiting for theirs.
Yummy! I love Cherry Garcia...light, heavy or somewhere in between. muzzer spends too much time picking out the chocolate bits though, and I think she eats some of the ice cream as well.
Hey Wally! we posted a new pic just for you! Parvo was a rough thing but it doesn't seem to have stunted Tank's growth any. He's solid muscle and 30 lbs heavier than his dad, 40 lbs heavier than his mom and only 19 months old!

Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm Mom bought me ice cream this week. It was beef flavored and had little sprinkles on the top. I didn't scarf it down, I licked it slowly.
I've seen my Mom eat that kind of ice cream. She's a pig, she'll eat the whole thing in one sitting! and she doesn't share. She says it is because it has nuts and chocolate in it. I think she is just greedy.

Mom keeps meaning to give me some to take some pics, but it seems all I get are the small spoonfulls that fall on the floor when the kiddies are eating. Not fair.

P.S. You're right about the ultimatum being a bad idea. My Mom is really stubborn and when she wants something, she'll just go out and do it. Soooo...maybe I should just go pack my Dad's bags for him and save him the work! Hehehe!

ICE CREAM is so good, I LOVE ICECREAM, it looks like you get the icecream with delicious chunks of good things, while I get plain vanilla, I gotta work on that.
