A little nip/tuck

This is an angry dog.

I heard the ma ape on the phone this morning. Talking to Dr. Teti (who we used to think was Dr. Teddy. But he is not actually a bear, I guess). He's my vet. And I'm going under the knife on Monday. I have a little lump on my shoulder that he's going to remove. Don't believe the pooperazzi when they try to tell you that I've had a tummy tuck, botox, butt implants, a nose job, and a face lift. Totally untrue. While I am feeling a little aged with my five year adoption anniversary coming up I know that I, like fine wine or a stinky fish carcass, only grow better with age.

Wally: We will be thinking about you on Monday. Make plans to milk the sympathy thing....it is your turn. Hope Ethel's butt is healed by then so she can wait on you hand and paw.

Holy Sh*t Wally, say it isn't so???? Mom was just talking about how my shoulder lump is getting bigger as is my leggy lump & I'm gonna see the V.E.T. next week.

I'm not letting Mom read you blog for a week...at least.

Hope all goes well buddy. I'll say some special prayers to the chicken backs tonight.

Oh man Wally. Now I'm going to be all worried about you. I wonder if I can milk this for treats. Ma, I'm worried about Wally's lump. I need a cookie and some bacon. If it works, we might have to do a big search for more lumps.

Woober Boy!

I'm already sending truckloads of healing goob smooches to your house and to Dr. Teddy's office (I will FOREVER call him Dr. Teddy from now on).

You know, if they preserve the thing they remove from your shoulder then we can clone Woober Boys far into the future. (Ask about it).

You really ARE like fine wine or a pig's head, except you don't mellow with age... only get better.

Goober love & smooches,
Stanley

Oh, Wally...I'm so worried about you. I know you hide your true feelings behind sarcasm so if you want some private support :::wink wink::: you know where to find me.

I'd say we'd send Brat Pack vibes your way, but I think we're bad luck.

Remember we love you mucho!

Wally, will be thinking about you on Monday. I'm sure everything will be fine.. It's just a small surgery to remove the lump.

My brother Foley had a lump removed from his leg a year of so ago. It would have healed up sooner if he would have left it alone. He had to go back and have it opened up and restitched. (Another C-note to the vet.) Then he had to wear the lampshade thingy and a t-shirt. He looked pretty silly. So do not try to chew on your stitches and tell ETHEL to leave them alone. Why would anyone think you would even need "work." You are way too wonderful the way you are.

good luck at the surgeon's place, you do only get better every day. Try not to get hooked on the pain pills after surgery, you know how that seems to be such a problem these days!
