Turkey Day Preparations!

My sissy and I have to get ready for one of my FAVORITE pawlidays--TURKEY DAY! It is a great holiday because it combines two of my favorite things--gorging and football.

To work up an appetite we had to go play in the outside! Look at the pretty trees.

I had to boss around my sissy. That always makes me hungry.

Here I am telling her a secret--the secret of Thanksgiving. (Mmmm. Fooooood).

And then we both got alien eyes.

And then last night we had a warm-up to exercise our jaws--SNOOOOOZLES. Tasty tasty pig snacks. If you can see next to my sissy, she is chewing her snoozle next to my pig squeakie to honor the pig who gave its nose for us.

Our snoozles were small and so I told my ma ape it was probably from baby pigs--like Babe. And that made my ma ape all sad so I tried to make her feel better by saying "That'll do, pig, that'll do." to my snoozle. That didn't work. I sure felt good, though.

And then I heard about this wonderful thing called a Turducken which I can only imagine is either the result of a genetic experiment gone horribly right or is a turkey who swallowed a duck who swallowed a chicken. So I asked for one and my ma ape made a horrible face. But she DID get us one of our FAVORITES for breakfastables--QUAIL! And she stuffed them with rabbit moosh. So we had Quabbit!

Look--they look like teeny tiny turkies!

Mmmm. I approve!

I can't wait to see what other snackables will come our way. Happy Turkey Day my friends! Please gorge yourself with wonderful, wonderful snacks.

I know you were posting about foodables, but there are some great shots of Ethel's super long tongue there. Drooool.

Me I mean, not Ethel. I mean I am drooling over her tongue and pretty face. Speaking of girlfriends.....

Our mutual girlfriend Sophs has just told me she always dreams about me. And she barked it in a really sexy French accent. So there!

ally, Don't worry about Pippa. He is only a diversion when your busy with your Quabbit, which I think looks delectable. My mom is a bit squeamish. She seems to like my meatables a little more detached from their animalables. She's such a wimp. I need to get her on track before I starve.

Erm, the turkey is not at our house. How do I get me some?

Today I had pumpkin on my kibble. Wally, the cupboard is so bare, there wasn't any cheese either.

Wally, no wonder I'm soo skinny.

Please send me some food.

Love,

Ernest

You will NEVER believe this, but during my Thanksgiving walkies this morning I spotted what I believe to be a yellow CORGADOR. It if wasn't a corgador, perhaps it was a yellow wienerlab (like Scubee was?). Anyhow, I got excited because it made me feel closer to you.

Happy Thanksgiving! Enjoy your yummy raw foodables. My mom will never be woman enough to prepare that sort of food for me, so I guess Solid Gold will have to do.

Love,
Suki Sumo

I had to get up early to put the turkey in the cooker. The dogs are still in the bed. Your treat looks very interesting. You are quite the spoiled duo. Take care with showing your alien eyes too often or you might end up in a room in Area 51. Happy Thanksgiving!

That'll do, Walls. That'll do.

Your Quabbit is now on my list of meatables of which my girl has deprived me. We'll see if you've shamed her at all into getting some more variety for me.

Your ma ape has a soft spot for the animals who gave their lives for your snacking & eating pleasure. She also is very discerning as a film critic it seems. Babe is a classic. I don't know if I could eat duck, though. That Ferdinand in the movie really got me, ya know?

Goober love & Thanksgiving smooches,
Stanley

Since I'm thankful for you, your Ethel, and your ma ape, pass the smoochables all around. Truckloads coming your way, buddy.

Did your Ma Ape have Tofurkey? Mom saw that in the store & thought of her.
