update on ozzie the superdale
about a month ago i blogged about ozzie the superdale, an airedale who saved his owner's life by stepping in between him and a hit and run driver who struck ozzie (instead of his owner) and drove off. ozzie is home and recovering well and the lady who hit him is not (cuz she was arrested!)
he's such a good boy he deserves a kiss from miss sunshade (if she didn't already have a million boyfriends!)

from the videos he sure is doing well with loads of playing, etc. the local news does weekly updates on him. he rules!

Thank you Wally so so much for posting this. I read about his story, but didn't know they had found the stooopid driver.
It brought tears to mum's eyes to see that tail of Ozzie's wagging as if nothing happened to him!! WE are so much more resilient than hoomans.
I'm so happy this story has a happy ending, and justice was served!
Ozzie is a SuperDALE and I'm sending him a kiss right now telepathically (yup, we canines can do that!!).

what a brave doggy! too bad ozzie was not a fat log like doofus, the car would just bounce off him!

haha! that made me laugh. you should rent doofus out to do security. he's a bouncer.
miss sunshade--yeah, it's fun to see him doing his play pose with that tail a'waggin'. lots of people gave money to his owner to get him all fixed up. and i'm sure the telekiss will help, too!
