Dog Parkin'!
Wooo! It's Oscar Bean, Super Teen! Wally calls me OSCAR BEAN because "bean" rhymes with more things than Oscar and so Wally can write little ditties about me, especially funny things that rhyme with Bean.
And yesterday I got to play HOOKY from SCHOOL and go to the DOG PARK. That RAWKS. There were like a million shepherds there and plus funny shaped things like these ones.
And then ohmydog there were BEARS THERE:
I was so afraid of them and ran away. And the black one looked like Wally on steroids! Whoa! And I thought maybe Wally took HGH and got really big and was going to take his revenge for me biting his monkey stick!
My friend Tuchuck is not afraid of ANYTHING--even BEARS.
Wally and Ethel had to stay home because they are sometimes grumpy at the park but Wally was totes jealous when I got home because he thought that I saw Nanook and Pooka. Ohmydog these bears are EVERYWHERE. I rawk!

Lots of Licks, Ruby
You did great at the park - remember size doesn't matter. You can bite them off at the knees! BOL!

What fun at the park. Those dogs do look kind of like bears but I bet you would have had fun with them.
Awww, I don't have a doggie park near me:( but yours looks fun!
Hugs & Snugs,
Eduardo the Snuggle Puggle
OMD, Newfies! They do look like Nanook and Pooka!!!! And the Bulldoggie! We love bulldoggies, we have one as a neighbor... with a neighbor who won't let us play with him, hrmph, what's up with THAT?!

I can't imagine a Wally that big and with his attitude. Yikes!
Slobbers,
Mango
I was just going to ask if that was Nanook and Pooka. I'd be majorally jealous if you got to meet them, too!

Oscar Bean, As luck would have it, I am in Beantown and so will look for you everywhere. If I see you, I might snarl at you, but once my mom snuggles you all over, I'll be cool. She always has to proof the beasts for me and let me know they won't take me out for having the dys in the shoulders. You know ... survival of the fittest and all that sh....
So tell Wally that JS should definitely have a kitty cookie, if he hasn't already. And also tell Wally that mom is really mad that she missed Colbert last night, because Rush was on and Rush is like, Canadian, and all from her childhood and everything. You'd never believe it from that rate at which she crawls about and procrastinates.

Our local Bark Park is my favourite place! You look like you had fun, too!
I posted a link from my blog to yours! I hope that's okay!
Have a good one!
Oscar Bean is Super Keen!
Yeah, there are a lot of possible variations on that. :)
The white one looks a *little* like Nanook but is much bigger and leaner. The black one's smaller than Pooks by a lot and doesn't say "dude" as much. Newfs are the coolest dogs anywhere, so you were very lucky to meet some. Send them to our blog and Nook's blog and www.newf.net if you see them again. Or even get their names - we may already knowthem from newf net.
hey buddy,
you have been nominated for Photo of the Month over at the Bone Zone - head on over and cast your vote :)
love

You should totes get a newf puppy, and then another when the first is 6 months old or so. Besides the usual newf advantages of sweetness, intellegence, good looks, kewl factor, etc, etc, etc, you can opt to keep the current color scheme with a solid black, jazz things up with a black and white, or go completely bonkers with a brown. The three of you could run under a newf, no problem. They make very affectionate siblings. And thy'd protect you from any other dog, too.
PS if you get me on bone zone I'll vote for you!
Looks like a way cool day at the dog park. We don't think they even had a dog park back when we lived there. That was a littl greyhound, right? Not a big whippet?
wags from the whippets
Why do they let bears into the dog park?
Ike
Dude, it was totally us in disguise!
Licks,
Pooka
That looks like a fun place to be. Foley would be hiding under a bush.
We think that Colbert just likes to say diarrhea.
