V-E-T!

We have photographic evidence of our vet visit but my ma ape has not yet uploaded 'em. But here are some things that happened:

1) Oscar Bean was a good boy until he growled at someone in the waiting room.
2) My ma ape was *shocked* that I gained two pounds (in two months) but HAPPY that Oscar Bean had gained more than ten (in twelve months)! What gives?
3) My vet said I have a very soulful face.
4) The vet said Oscar has perfect teeth and I have....a few teeth.
5) My blood pressure was excellente! The end of the Bush admin has really done wonder for my ticker.
6) My tummy was a little tender so I'm getting some tests done.
7) We got to ride in the new wheels!!!!!!!!!! I looked totes hot.

Good news about your ticker Wally! I'll try to keep my photos to a minimum so as not to get that thing going too quickly. But what's up with OBST growling at people? I'm sure that person must have been very suspicious.

Look, tell your ma ape that at least you are not wasting away. Think POSITIVE...apes are quite poor at that.

Grammie says that you are totes hot no matter how you are traveling. Good vibes being sent for the old tum-tum.

so obviously if your blood pressure was excellante....that means you needed that two pounds..what the heck is mom worried about...go have some, wallymellon and frosty paws...i am so happy you are doing great..the tummy probably was just nerves from worrying about getting put on a diet or something....

Phew! I am always so anxious Wally when I see the V.E.T. words on a blog post.........

I am very relieved all was ok, not sure about the weight gain scenario, it is all a mystery to me.

Yuse always look totes hot tooooo me!

I am late commenting and getting around the dog blogs 'cos I have been incarcerated. But it didn't hurt.

Glad everybody survived their trip to the V-E-T. Senior moments, huh? How would your dotty old hen of a mom even notice. Sounds like she's a good example for "if your head weren't screwed on, blah, blah, blah"

Nice to hear that the little bitey monster is going to live with one of his own kind and leave you in peace. You have enough to worry about with those sheppys.

Ya know, when I go to the V-E-T I get very grouchy in the waiting room, so now momma takes me in the back door and we wait in a special room (which always makes momma sad because it is the You Thin Ice room so usually doggies go in but they don't come out). Whatever. It is a nice, quiet place for me to wait my turn.

Mango

Oh Wally...Did it really take a trip to the vet for someone to tell you that you have a very soulful face? I could have told you that & saved you a trip...

Glad your ticker is feeling better

All my love Dear Wally Tamale...

What do those vets know anyway? Sheesh, some "cheese-in-a-can" and you can cure darn near anything. Eat up campers!

Glad it went well and hope your tummy has no troubles! Glad Oscar BS Teen is doing well, and figure the person who got growled at probably had it coming!

Sorry to hear about the tender tum, but the other stuff sounds good to me. Even the growling bit, I have been known to do stuff like that too.
