I wish every week was Scoop the Poop week in my neighborhood because some of the neighbors just don't get the concept.
The thing that pisses me off most is that we have FREE dog pickup stations all around the property. They consist of a bag dispenser which is refilled once a week so they are never out, and a basket to put the full baggies. Yet even right in front of those stations, I see poop.
People are just WAY too lazy these days.
